Founded in 2019, Eliteway Capital Investments LLC (EWC Investments & Services) was intended to assist and facilitate out-of-area investors seeking to invest in the rapidly escalating South Florida real estate market.

In 2019, EWC Investments & services expanded its resource offerings to include facility management, maintenance, administrative functions, back office support, vendor management. We've expanded our portfolio to include servicing commercial property owners, condo associations; small and non-profit businesses, federal and local government. Over the last few years, EWC Investments & services has managed over $50 million in real estate assets and has processed more than $200 million in payments to property owners located throughout the United States and it's territories, South America, part's of the Caribbean, Canada, Israel and China.
